Every recurring commercial clean covers trash removal and liner replacement throughout the facility, restroom cleaning and disinfection, hard floor care and vacuuming, surface and touchpoint wiping including door handles and light switches, break room and kitchenette cleaning, and interior glass. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before your first visit so there are no surprises on either side.

Do you clean after business hours?

Yes. Most of our commercial clients prefer after-hours cleaning so there is no disruption to staff or customers during the day. We work around your schedule and can accommodate evening and weekend cleaning for most facilities in the Kansas City Northland.

What is not included in a standard commercial clean?

Standard recurring commercial cleaning does not include high dusting above normal reach, interior refrigerator or microwave cleaning, carpet shampooing or extraction, floor waxing or buffing, exterior window cleaning, biohazard or medical waste handling, or moving furniture and equipment.
