Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients are not home during their cleaning. We can discuss access instructions during your walkthrough and make sure everything is clear before your first visit.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you have a specific product you prefer us to use in your home, just let us know during the walkthrough.
How do you price residential cleaning?
We provide custom flat-rate pricing after a complimentary walkthrough. Your quote is based on the size of your home, the current circumstances of the home, and the scope of service requested. That way, you know the price before we start.
What is the difference between a recurring Care Plan and a deep clean?
A recurring Care Plan is designed for ongoing maintenance once the home is at a clean, manageable baseline. A deep clean is more detailed and is usually best for homes that need extra attention before starting regular service.
Can I choose what areas of the home you focus on?
Yes. During the walkthrough, we will talk through your priorities, problem areas, and the rooms or tasks that matter most to you.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. We clean many homes with pets. We just ask that pets are safely secured or comfortable with us being in the home while we work. If your home needs extra attention for heavy pet hair or upholstery treatment, we can talk through that during your walkthrough and include it in your custom quote.
